1. Sign in and set up
Create your account and complete onboarding. It asks what you do and what you are trying to achieve so Zami can tailor its work. Point it at your website and goals — the more context you give, the better the first results.
2. Pick your project
Your workspace is organized by organization and project. Use the switcher at the top left to choose the project you are working in, so each brand or client's data stays clean and separate. See Projects and workspaces for more.
3. Ask your first question
Open Chat and ask in plain language — no keywords, no syntax. For example: "Find top Ethiopian beauty creators for a skincare launch." If your prompt is short, press Optimize and Zami expands it into a thorough brief before running.
4. Run your first app
Open Apps, pick one that matches your job — start with CreatorScout or BuyerSignals — describe what you need, and run it. You get a structured report, not a wall of raw data.
5. Keep what matters
Upload brand guidelines or briefs under Files so Zami reasons over your context, and let Intelligence Tables accumulate findings as you go. The platform compounds — early effort pays off later.
Next: Talking to Zami, to get the most out of chat.
